The Koestler Parapsychology Unit at Edinburgh University
One of the most examined claims of religious belief is in Life after Death. Some people claim "evidence" for a life after death - Out of Body experiences, Deja Vue and Remembered past lives. The Koestler Institute investigates these claims. The site hosts the web pages of the Society for Psychical Research - click here to visit. There is also the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, a Private American College which researches in the field. Many of the sites devoted to parapsychology are privately operated - beware!!!
